Sion's E
There is a bit of inconsistency with sion's E and im really not sure how the mechanics work here but i dont think it makes sense. Sion's E throws a skill shot out that reduces the armor of the first thing hit and sends it flying if it is a minion/monster. It deals damage to the minion hit first, then a bit more damage to subsequent targets hit without dealing additional damage to the flying minion (which doesnt make sense but thats not why im here) if the target hit 1st is low enough, it will die after it goes flying. however, sometimes, and i really do mean sometimes, it will die when it is impacted by the initial skill shot. This doesnt make any sense. There is no "execution" clause in the tooltip for minions below X% hp.
Lets look at a mechanic that i think might be coded similarly. Thresh's Q. When thresh hits a target, they are stunned and pulled slightly and thresh has the option to fly to the target, unless the target is killed on impact... which makes sense. In league of legends, when a unit drops below 0 hp, they disappear and can no longer be interacted with. Therefore thresh should not be able to dash to them.
Sion's E typically sends the minion flying and then deals the damage at the end of the flight so that it can still be effective if the skill shot kills the target. I know that the minion struck still is coded as a minion do to numerous in game interactions. Because the damage is dealt after it stops being a projectile, it should never die on the impact of the skill shot itself. The skill shot, from a design perspective, should never deal the damage before the ability is finished because sion needs to be able to rely on the minion or monster becoming a projectile.
I know that the minions arent dying from out side sources because i am getting the gold from killing the minions in these cases
