Auto replacment system.

I have been playing LoL for like two and a half years now , and I have noticed that there is no kick and replace system , I have been in many situations that a player suddenly goes afk or his internet gets DC and other times many toxic players who can not play and only good in chatting and flaming that we could not do anything about it and it leads us to lose the game .

If you can make a group that consists of a group leader and also a kick vote system which is initiated by the group leader ONLY which a player can be kicked after 3 votes , after the player is kicked out a pop up window will ask the leader to select a role for the player who should replace him and then that system will get that player from the other players who are waiting in queue who also selected what class they are going to take , and when he is replaced his level will be based on other players level the system will get the highest level and the lowest level and this replaced player will get the level between , and His gold is based upon his level also.

So please Riot do that system so you will get many other players , thanks you.
