Bottom laners (ADC) Situation

I have a question to Riot balance team.

As an ADC main i feel that i always have the least amount of effect on the game from my team. It seems every other role does more and better than me.

I know this is a common thought and many are talking about this on reddit but I don't want run into my own conclusion since i didn't design the game.

So I want to ask you Riot what do you think of the marksmen/adc in the bot lane?
