His Ult should grant him a % of his bloodwell passive based off of how many champions it hits. (20% per champ) I mean, it even says he draws in the blood of nearby enemies, why doesn't he put that drained blood to good use?

Didn't somebody say a problem of his is having 2 attack speed steroids that don't interact or something? I really thought this wasn't a bad idea, I would never consider playing him as he is right now in ranked.

This could work if Riot wanted to remove the Attack Speed Steroid from his Ult and give him something more meaningful (% HP Damage On-Hit or a Flat AD Increase or even some sort of CC).
