More Champion Interaction (lead by nunus rework as an example)

The amount of interaction in the game on the new nunu/willump rework is insane. They interact with camps, enemies, allies, champions in their lore, the map, etc. Not only that but there are several voiceovers for the same interactions. Why cant all of the champions be like this? To make runeterra and their relationships feel more real. That would be sweet.
