Everything but Conquerers sucks at bot

We really need to make the other runes stronger in the early game, if we want to see more diversity.

Because ADC's suck, and supports with comet completely destroy ADC's.

Fleet footwork - movespeed doesn't do jack shit when you get electrocuted Lethal tempo - 40% attack speed is also jack shit. Press the attack - weak in the early game, only works on kayle, but even then she already has tons of damage anyways?
