Customize UI

First of all, don't know if i post this in the right section (new to post here)

Would it not be nice to be able to customize the UI in-game? I mean like drag & drop the champion info, map etc where you want it? Like in WoW with addon you can drag and drop where you want to have your bars etc.

is there any plans for it?
