Problems with /remake

I was loading into a ranked game when an error loading league occurred. I simply restarted the client and loaded back into the game within a minute. But as soon as I get in, the game ends having been voted by my team to be remade. I get demoted and leaver busted for this.

This error loading the game almost never happens and if it ever does again, my team will likely remake it again.

I wanted to ask if it is possible to make the remake vote available a little later in the match so people with loading errors don't get punished for something they have no control over. I'm sure there are better ways to solve this, but I can't think of anything at the moment.
