Akali Nerfs and Buffs? What is happening?

Ever since Akali came out, she received fat nerfs and small buffs, which later leads to more nerfs. Shroud changes were very reasonable since no invis should be able to just tower dive a laner because of a broken ability. After shroud nerfs, everything about Akali got nerfed. Passive nerfs were pretty impactful because of the damage reduced and the energy regain reduced. Now her ult might have it's stun removed next week. Honestly why the stun, nerfing the damage would be reasonable, but why the stun? I honestly think the stun is just primarily part of the champion itself. Anyone, please tell me what's the point of removing the microstun, when it was part of her kit ever since the rework. Reverting the akali rework would be the most ideal choice, but Riot can't do that because of the KDA Akali skin was for the Reworked Akali and reverting her could destroy the skin itself.
