Fleet Footwork

FF is slightly* problematic with giving extreme sustain to certain champions- and only 1 group of champions. They could give FF a small change to include a larger pool of champions the ability to viably take it and that would be, from proc on auto to proc on single target spell or auto. that simple allows a lot more champions to run it, however it would need some number changes that i aint gonna deal with cuz im no expert
