Can we deduct -50 gold on passive support items for warding?

I want to give you my reason for this. Each support item has a requirement of 500 gold in order to get wards. Depending who you will face will depend how long it will take you to start getting wards.

When you face against a very frustrating support like it's impossible to get gold off minions or against the enemy because you're poked down to the core and if you try getting near a minion or the enemy champion, you will face the consequence of it.

It's even worse when you have no vision on the river. Most of my warding and the ADC warding is used up on the side bushes because we can't tell when are right there ready to flash on you to CC you or simply just stay there.

I feel like this is also benefiting junglers too much because not only do you have to worry about the enemy support camping on the first bush but you also have to be wary about the junglers camping on the second bush in which you can't reach because you're always under turret. OR when they are coming around the tri bush. WE NEED VISION ON JUNGLERS.

I've experimented and learned how this item gets you to 500 gold requirement FAST compared to the other support items. I also have seen how just a simple -50 gold or 100 gold would help get warding on the go when it's level 6 time. But the thing is, when it's time to be level 6, I am either 50 gold short or 100 gold short DEPENDING who i am facing.

The enemy support is pretty much earning the gold requirement much faster compared to myself. Due to the fact that I am constantly under turret and unable to do anything with my ADC.

I would really feel a sense of great change for support warding if the gold requirement was deducted between 50-100.
