Fix this stupid matchmaking

almost every match I play I have a stupid damn team, for example, just came out of a match with 3 frontliners and my whole team would not fight unless I went in first, AS KATA...like really, and the enemy team had coordination, they understood that zed couldnt be in the front, their laners did their role jobs and here I am with supports that are never around and have a trash vision score, jglers who feed lanes coz they dont know when to gank, they dont check mana, health, etc. top laners who dont do anything but sit top and hide under tower all game, adc's that cant position or even freeze lane, mid laners who just dont know what a roam is or how to wave control and last of all, no coordination on my teams at all and the enemy team plays with spot on coordination and has general game knowledge

matchmaking has been useless for a long time now, when is it going to get a fix? coz it apparently got one many patches ago and now its bad again

2-3/10 teams of mine actually know whats going on and play their roles as intended whereas 9/10 enemy teams do the same

also whats up with all the teams who refuse to pass the damn river or push at all, its really annoying playing against a good team and mine wont push
