Yet Another URF Concept for Riot to Try

URF idea:

Normal URF, with one ban for each player, BUT you can only play owned champs so many times per URF cycle. For example, if you have played Ziggs 5-7 (whichever you think is a better max) times this go around you can no longer pick him until the next time URF is in the RGM. If its released on a weekend for 2 weekends in a row, then the picks count for both weekends, and you have to wait until the next game mode rotates, and URF comes back (likely months later). Free-to-play champs can be picked 3 times as many times, so people have the ability to keep playing URF, even if they have a small champ pool.

This way, everyone can try out the champs they always wanted to, but never got the chance to (they only started playing League this year, the champs they wanted to play didn't exist back when it last came out, whatever the case may be) . . . but, they can't easily get burnt out, because they have to pick various champs instead of the same ones. This could also mean that later matches of URF will be lacking most of the same "OP URF Champs", which could be considered a bonus or a bad thing, depending on who you ask.

i don't think this latest version of Winter ARURF even deserves a mention, but i will it anyway: it sucks, and it should never be foisted on the players ever again. I get limiting the champion pool, but that is definitely the wrong way to do it.
