Everytime I Need 1 More Win In Promos To Rank Up

Not lieing, not kidding, not exaggerating. From the first death or not even, when there is chance for someone to get toxic they won't miss the opportunity. They flame my teamates causing them to tilt and instead of my team playing the game they are fighting with eachother. I can't one man win a game as jungle when my team doesn't wanna lane and perfers to flame eachother and the enemy team is giving their best effort. No matter what I say here someone is going to try find a way to say that I was the reason why we lost or say something unrealistic. Fact of the matter is i wasn't able to even attempt to win because all my team did was be toxic towards eachother. Go ahead look at my match history, you can see I didn't carry, that I didn't do good. In fact I unintentonally fed because everyone in the other lanes was out of control. I was the only one defending top tower while everyone else was in base being toxic.
