Zhonyas HourGlass , StopWatch, Guardian Angels

The Item Zhonyas Hourglass/Stopwatch effect stasis needs to be given a much longer cooldown around the same duration as flash or ignite because it completely negate alot of champions main source of damage or the gimmick of one of there attacks in there kits

Situation: hey look there is a karthus/zed in the game welp time to click zhonyas/stopwatch to completely prevent them from doing damage

Guardian angels ever since being changed to an AD item it made it only useful for ad champs and not mages causing ap champs to have to worry to not go in alone cause once they finish a combo or used up all there mana/energy there now vulnerable afterwards i feel as if it should be either removed since there are champs that have abilities/passives that have the same effect example zilian ult aatrox passive

also plz make it so once zhonyas is bought the stopwatch item even if not used prior should automatically be considered broken because having a chance to double stasis is completely unbalanced

I will add a poll if anyone thinks that Yes stasis active cd should be extended to 240-300 seconds
