Instead of making games last longer so crit carries come online. you pull an inverse
you made crit carries get their items faster. so you know everyone else doesn't get to play their fantasy of carrying a game unless you know. they are an adc. at least before you had sometimes.
game end at ~22 minutes despite mid and top and jungle holding their own. because you cannot counter siege and your frontline cannot survive against a fed ad carry. or just a kog maw or a vayne that arent 100 cs behind
