We need a new report category : Inappropriate Banning.

I'm really tired of seeing my pick intent champions get purposefully banned by one of the three banners. Now that banning is not really an individual choice, I think that people who ban "for teh lolz" should be punished.

Examples: I chose Leona Jungle in a normies game. Yeah, it's offmeta, but that's no excuse for a #5 to ban her, causing me to dodge (because I only had time for one game that night, and it was the last day of Leona free)

I choose Jax top as first pick, for an easy free win in ranked. #4 promptly bans him, even after discussing not banning him in chat.

I choose my main, Hecarim Jungle, in a ranked game, and #3 bans Hecarim for literally no reason at all. I'm under him, but I don't want to be a douchebag, so I don't ban his pick intent, then proceed to get flamed when I do mediocre with Warwick.

Simply adding a new ban category, Inappropriate Banning, will make people a lot less ban happy.
