What the hell is up with the remake feature right now?
There have been multiple times lately where everyone will load in - assumedly - but one of the players either crashed after loading in, DC'd, or was just outright AFK after loading in and they never move or buy items.
3 minutes go by and no ability to remake the game.
Do you realize how fucking awful that is? To have to play a game that is in all practicality lost - bar the enemy team being completely inept in every sense - from start to finish with the significant possibility that player doesn't come back? And even if they did, the odds of them ever being able to be fully back in the game?
I'll use a game that I had last night as an example. The enemy team's Olaf disconnected really fuckin' early - don't know if he had started jungling and DC'd or what - but he was gone for around a total of 10 minutes.
The enemy team stayed in the game for a short while with Viktor hard carrying them - because his Q is fair guys, I swear! - but that eventually stopped even with Olaf coming back because Olaf was a total of 4k behind me as my team's support, with the lowest gold income on the team. The enemy's team support had even less gold than Olaf, but that was actually due to the enemy losing their lanes so hard that Alistar couldn't make much use of Relic Shield - we'd legitimately just pelt him if he tried and either force his ult and make him back or have him killed. Rough being a melee tank support when you're behind.
The point of this is this: Olaf returned, he did. But he was so far behind that even with his best efforts and a busted champion working overtime to carry, he was basically still completely removed from the game. We took every single objective uncontested and had free reign on their towers. Even just to work to contest objectives, the enemy would lose towers.
They had no realistic chance of winning that game, and the gold difference as well as the objective difference shows that. At no point after Olaf returned did my team have less than 6k gold up on the enemy team.
If this is a bug and it's unintended, fix it. People AFK'ing at the start of games just to grief essentially isn't fun at all. Even if it's not griefing, people losing out on the first half of laning is already impact enough for a team to lose a game.
If this was an entirely intended change - because your fucking weird paranoia with the remake feature being "abused" - then change it right the fuck back now. As it is now it makes no sense - it's not preventing abuse of the system, it's putting a time stamp on it. "You must alt-tab out and end the process or disconnect from the Internet before x time" is literally all this stupid thing does. If they never leave fountain before 3 minutes, that should be absolutely remade - no question, no contest. It shouldn't just be "oh, they have to have never connected at all."
