Veigar is the only champion left who can legitimetly oneshot some1 from 100-0 in a skilled balanced matchup,where no one side is snowballing,and thats how its meant to be.

You seem to forget that going 'even' in lane vs Veigar is actually losing lane. He can easily stack a free 100 AP in 20 minutes.
