Or in simple terms if actually pretty bad and people should just learn how the fk to play against him instead of saying he is OP/broken.
People ARE able to play against him, and most people don't say that he's actually broken - he's just toxic to play against, and is overall not fun for his enemies. I suggested a rework for Yasuo a week ago, which I believe would actually solve your problem of W/L rate while also removing the toxic elements of his kit.
