Vote / Auto remove and replace AFK / Toxic players off of teams

So out of the 15 games or so that I have played in the last 2-3 days i would say that dang close to 75 pct of those games have had an AFK player at the keys......I am sure Im not the only person this happens to

So The IDEA...

If a player goes Idle (AFK) for to long the player is completely removed from the game and replaced with another online player who can play

the fact of the matter is people have lives, I have 2 kids and I work in the armed services so most of the time i get a phone call and I have to leave ASAP...I'm not saying that don't deserve to be banned for leaving games and stuff but this is a game after all and its really not that serious...

For the gaming community it is devastating to play a down a player none the less two. So why not implement a system where people get two - three leaves a week or provide the option to play until a replacement is "Qed" for the spot

JUST BRAINSTORMING

For AFK players that never make it to the game for client issues the replacement should happen right away 2 minutes of inactivity early game should be auto replaced

If the player was there but isnt now give him/her 5 minutes (the average for a computer restart or modem reset) and then the player is replaced

Give the team the option to boot an afk player out of the game (vote system)????

^^ above could also work for toxic players aswell?? just an idea?

I am not a forums person nor do i take the time to read anything....to be honest i probably wont even come back to see the comments on the post. I do know this game has a problem with its player base myself included...the players are rude, toxic isnt even the word for the players in this game... there is no since of community here. there is nothing to work for with your friends maybe make a "clan" instead of 5 player ranked teams so you have a pool of online players to team up with?
