If you buff him his snipes become broken. if you nerf him he can't do what he was designed to do.
so what he needs is more mechanics. so many times I see jhin miss minions in lane because of his reload or he goes into a teamfight with 2 bullets and doesnt do shit.
allow him to reload when ever he wants to.
if thats too much, make it a longer reload than if he ran out of bullets. the animation could be him throwing out the extra and then reloading.
As a jhin player I don't want your suggestions to happen.
And if you have to reload Q is more then sufficient to get cs. A good jhin will not miss much cs and manage his reloads well
I am actually in favor for this. There is no reason why jhin shouldn't be able to reload at will. In fact it would probably cause less skilled players to lose a lot of damage since they won't be using their magic shot as much. And since jhin reloading is such a big indicator that he's more vulnerable than usual, reloading unexpectedly would be a good counter play to enemies that want to take advantage of that. And yes setting up traps and using your w to snare and q to cs and harass are all viable counterplays to that as well but this is moreso just a quality of life improvement. It's not a buff or a nerf, just makes his gameplay more sensible.
