How to buff Twitch without adding too much power to his kit

Just allow to cancel his stealth (by clicking twice on the ability) so he could use the attack speed steroid during fights without having to wait 6 seconds for the stealth to be activated.

I think that's a pretty good trade-off considering the fact that he loses his stealth by canceling his Q.
