Can we remove the premade queue from ranked but keep everything else?

I like the new champ select alot, it reduces arguements and lets people play what they're good at... the only thing that's been bothering me thusfar is mismatching of premades vs solo people. I feel like I have even less of an impact on my games as a solo player because half of the other players in the game are on voice comms which gives them a big coordination advantage.

I play with my friends in normals, but they are a much lower elo than me currently so I can't queue with them. I understand Riot wants to foster teamplay in the game but I feel this is the wrong way and punishes a lot of people.
