Now I've only played a few games of vlad,

But i don't see myself playing many more. Hes got a meh laning phase and a fine mid game, but he brings little to the table. Very low damage, almost irrelevant CC, and his draintanking is pretty meh if someone builds grevious wounds or takes ignite. I hope he get's a full rework, one that allows him to get above a 42% winrate.
