Who does Dynamic Queue benefit?

At first I thought I was being overly negative towards dynamic queue due to so many patches and the metas annoying me this season and all my favorite League Youtubers hating it, so I took a break from the game. However, after sitting on it for awhile and cooling my head, I realized what really irks me about this system. Who does it benefit? (Note, I'm talking about queuing up with multiple people, not the new champ select, which I really like)

First off, we know this system is terrible for the top players. High diamond and above suffers immensely, so it definitely doesn't help them. Solo and duo players aren't helped by it either, as playing with/against 3+ premades is not fun (especially since you're just an extra wheel left out of their voice chat and they can do whatever they want, with a tendency to gang up on the one person out or ignore them). 5 man teams also don't benefit due to losing the specific team queue and being matched against people who aren't a full team, defeating the purpose of a ranked team.

That leaves only 3/4 man premades and boosters. 4 man premades tend to be very unpleasant to play with or against, as there is always the person left out, especially since League does not have a voice chat (which could really help with the premades issue but would probably open up other problems). 3 man isn't too bad, due to the premade not having complete control of the game, but still isn't pleasant. This is without taking into consideration the toxic premades either. Lastly, there's the players that are getting boosted through this system. In other words, for everyone who benefits from this system, someone else suffers.

4 man premades should not be allowed, as they tend to create a very negative environment for the last player. 5 man premades should have their own queue, as at that point, you already have a full team, so you should play against other full teams. 3 man premades are alright, but they make it too easy to boost, which leaves solo/duo and a separate 5v5 queue, also known as the old system. As the only people who benefit are the 3/4 man premades and the boosters, both of which come at a cost for everyone else, I really don't see how this queue would be a better system than the old one in any way.

I could see this system eventually almost reaching the old system, but the amount of work it would take to have it almost as good as the old seems pointless. If 5 man premades were moved to a separate queue, that would still leave the man out meaning 4 man premades would also have to go, defeating the purpose of the queue. Making special match making for 5 mans also removes the point of them being in said queue and having a rank in it instead of a team rank. Balancing match making and catching boosters is much harder to do than it was before as well. Adding voice chat would be the only reasonable way of making communication with premades actually happen, but it comes with it's own problems. Some power would also need to be taken away from premades, like giving them only one surrender vote, giving them one report (we've all probably heard the full premade reporting horror stories by now), marking them as premades, and/or giving solo players role priority. To be blunt, I honestly just plain don't understand what the point of dynamic queue is.
