Maybe little improvement to dodging game.

Sometimes you find game where you just have to dodge. You use dodge to save everyones time. I found game where 3 of my teammate were going to top lane, and Yasou int jungle with cleanse.

Is it fair that i get that 5 min ban for dodging game like that? Or is it right to punish the guys who does good thing to community...

Maybe if you could get 1 non-punishment dodge every 20 game you play. Or something like that. Atleast in normal draft/blind pick.

Riot can't manually inspect every dodged game to see if it was a reasonable dodge, using some kind of arbitrary standard. You gave up, so you deserve a penalty. Who knows, three top might have caught the enemies off guard and won the game for you.
