please god remove global autofill in low elo

it is so annoying to play with a support in bot lane who is just forced to play the role and either trolls or has no clue about support EVERY SINGLE GAME. i think from bronze to plat there are a shit ton of people playing so it would make no difference. idk if i have a 5 min queue if i have a decent support.
