if you go 0 4 0 before second blue buff spawns OF COURSE IM NOT GIVING IT TO YOU

getting called toxic for not donating blue to mid laner who dies 2 times before i finish initial clear [zombie-brand-facepalm]

If you want the buff first show me you know how to use it or else i might as well ping the enemy mid laner to come get it
