Swap Presence of Mind and Nimbus Cloak runes

Most of the champs that use Presence of Mind (Karthus, Amumu, Viktor) don't care for the attack speed that comes with the precision tree (except Azir). I think it should be moved to Sorcery tree where it would be an option over manaflow band and Nimbus Cloak could take it's spot in the precision tree. Nimbus cloak seems like it would be decent on some ADCs (Draven, Ezreal, Kai'sa?) although most people will probably still take Triumph.
