Re-Rework concept for the vladimir rework.
First off is his sustain. Vlad's thing was always winning fights through surviving with his sustain over raw damage but now his in combat sustain is horrible to say the least. At best his Q works as a lane sustain but despite the lower sustain, he now has insane HP costs that he can't keep up with if he wants to continue doing damage.
With no items tuned for him vlad he needs bigger sustain on his normal Q's, but the third Q should be kept as is.
Next thing is that his abilities should no longer telegraph themselves. His bar at keeping track of his Q's should be removed from enemy vision and so should the ring indicator for his E.
Finally is a new passive. Thematically vlad is a blood mage who uses the enemies blood and his own as a weapon but it seems like no one has actually done anything with that idea.
Blood Well (just a filler name as I couldn't think of anything better): Vladimir stores the blood of his enemies he receives from transfusion and will use the blood in place of his own blood on abilities that costs HP, should his blood well run out however he will then use his own blood in it's place. Basically a modified morde shield.
2nd Part: Any damage vlad receives is subtracted from his blood well instead of his HP bar. resistances do not apply to the blood well.
The second part is optional. I thought this would prevent Vlad from perma stacking his blood well and never using his own HP for costs. I also thought this second part would actually fit into the style of vlads kit of being a front line-ish mage.
The reasoning behind this idea is that vlad in game is always sorta carrying around a big ball of floating blood but what it's used for is never actually detailed at all. After looking at the ball for so long I thought it'd could be basis for vlad storing the blood of his enemies and using it as a weapon.
There are probably many MANY holes in this idea but after the idea hit me after looking at his character I couldn't help but want to try discussing it on the boards.
