Current tier lists (need help)

I'm a bit unfamiliar with the game right now. All I know is that morde, darius and other juggernauts are OP.

Can anybody post a tier list for each lane? I'll make a sample. It is not required to include each and every champion that exists if you feel that's too much effort, at least the ones that are notorious or significant to you would suffice.

I also know that tier lists are not the ultimate answer, but it's just how lost I am right now. I could queue ranked and wouldn't know who to ban.

Mid lane: S+ tier (optional, this is for OP champs) S tier A tier B tier C tier F tier

ADC: S+ tier (optional, this is for OP champs) S tier A tier B tier C tier F tier

Top lane: S+ tier (optional, this is for OP champs) S tier A tier B tier C tier F tier

Jangle: S+ tier (optional, this is for OP champs) S tier A tier B tier C tier F tier
