Skill shot champions are unplayable when the entire enemy team is moving at minimum 422 MS
Which is why the only viable mid champions are assassins and champions who don't rely on skill shots, like Annie, Malzahar, and Syndra.
The window to react to a skill shot when you're moving that fast becomes so large that you have to be a retarded monkey to get hit by anything.
Can something please be done to address mobility creep, and how terrible trying to play a skill shot champion against this is? Once it reaches the point where everyone is moving at over 400 MS, landing abilities outside of team fights is no longer a matter of timing and aiming, but crossing your fingers and hoping that the enemy isn't paying attention.
