Any chance Lucian's dash will get an effect?

I could be wrong, but Lucian's dash is literally the only dash without an effect since the slow removal was taken away. I've asked for Lucian buffs in the past, but I overestimated how bad of a spot he was in. He's actually quite good when you take the time to improve on him.

That being said, I feel his dash is the only dash in the game without an effect (and no, the CD reduction doesn't count; it feels like a gimmick and Graves also has CD reduction on his dash but with additional attack speed).

Personally, I'd like his dash to have some sort of dodge mechanic that's somewhat similar to Fizz's troll poll, but without the damage and duration of the troll poll. It'd also be nice to have the option to use his dash on the same spot; if he does, it'd be cool if he does a dodge animation similar to that of the Matrix.

However, this is your game Riot and my opinion is just one of the millions of players. All I really want at this point is his E to have an effect. Anything will do, just make his dash a little more interesting.
