Let a person share Rakan/Xayah Skin if one person bought the bundle!

This is a great idea Riot~ If one person have both the skin and they have a partner that is either Rak/Xayah who doesn't have the skin then let them be able to let the player use their skin since it would look like a couple if they are able to share it.

I know Riot is a company wants MONAY but this would be a great idea if they are able to share the skin with their support or ADC to make it look like they are a couple! Also this would make it look like a good matching pair.

Note: This is only when they both players are playing either , this is not for other champion skin.
