Please do not allow us to carry 3 control wards.

I ask this for several reasons.

1. Pink wards could only carry 2 and were a 150 gold investment. Feeling like you must spend this gold felt bad. Feeling like you had to spend sub 100 gold felt fine.

2. Not buying the maximum number of control wards will happen at lower elo. The higher elo you go you'll see more and more games where close to 10-12% of the games are just going to be decided by who picks up more control wards.

3. Can we not bring back the "Buy 3 over powered wards, inflate your elo for free!" meta of green wards? Please?
