Does Riot even listen to the community?

There were SOO many posts saying DON'T buff xin the moment that hit the PBE. The whole 2 weeks he was on PBE there were posts on the boards saying to NOT let the buff go through. On patch day the buffs went through and now he is insanely OP. I just cannot comprehend how you saw all these upvoted posts about xin being OP and you just ignored them. Why do you even have a PBE if you're not gonna listen to people's feed back? Don't even get me started on how the buff even got onto the PBE in the first place. How did you guys not know that buff would be insane on him the moment you even thought about it? I just don't understand you guys any more.
