Is their a difference between 5v5 Solo Que and 3v3 Flex ranked placements?

Why does 5v5 solo placements different from 3v3 flex. Okay i got Bronze 4 in 5v5 solo/duo with my friend but i don't know but my friend was bronze 1 when we did my placements match does that change anything at all?

But when i played 3v3 flex Solo without my friend i got bronze 3 is their a different placement ranking between the two?

Both placements are separate. Good news is that if you spam 3v3's (games are typically shorter and more balanced) you can get gold quick for season rewards. Then if you want to grind solo que you can do so with no added stress. That's what I did.
