Tank Yi is back again

The new jungle item gives Yi enough built in damage to start building tanky again while still wiping people out in seconds while taking a lot of effort to burst down himself. Mixed with his heal and his ability to disappear from the map, countering somebody who can wipe out all your squishies rapidly requires an extreme amount of effort.
