summoner spells

just a thought and it happens more in low elo then anything else but it can happen in higher elos as well do to lag or the screen freezing . But to get to the point . I think it would be fair to make summoner spells on a vote system just like if you have an afk at the start of the game , For example lets say im jg and my screen froze or even something happened and i had to walk away from the screen for a minute and i forgot to change to smite i think it would cause a lot less rage and stress if your team could vote to add smite in exchange for one of the players summoner spells just like voting for a remake.
