Promo logic system need to be changed, i'm honestly done and sick of that system

Ohh it's promo time, ohh boy Riot logic going in action you get a smart kid that leave his main role as support and goes play jungle having no understand of objective or ganking path. And you somehow magically got to carry that low elo person cause you supposed to show in promos that you are worth of the damn next division by taking care of babies that can't do their roles or champions against some godly pro players cause why not.
