Ultra Build Mode? (Feature Mode Suggestion)

So League always does a great job of having random Feature modes out that are usually a pretty good time. So what if they had a feature mode where you could buy 7 items? Tanks become more tank-ier, adcs can get that extra attack speed, mid laners can be more...well OP. So many ways to change the game with this one and become more powerful. Only issue is being getting to late enough of game to get to full build of 7 items, however having that extra slot for an item during game play may make a slight difference in itself.

wow cool now we can build 7 items. that makes like absolutely no fucking difference. but how about a mode where items cost no gold so everyone can just go and battle it out for experience with full builds

You would have to throw something else in there to make it interesting. Maybe increased gold, or Hexakill yet again.
