Riot, if you want to lower ambient damage

Why are you making Abyssal a tank item that indirectly raises ambient damage?

if you want to make it a tank or AP fighter item and not a mage one I think you should look to the 2015(?) rework version where it took time to reach full effectiveness, at least then it requires a little bit more commitment. Much healthier implementation of what you're looking for, I think.
