Remove the graphic fade-out of Talon's Passive over at the 3 second mark of the 6 second duration.

After like 3 seconds that Talon's passive being fully stacked on a target, the graphic fades out to being invisible then reappears over the duration.

Remove the fade out, it makes it unclear for both Talon and his target whether he has his passive stacked on them or not.
