Kalista needs some work on her Tooltips

1. Her passive makes no mention of the "Black Spear". This could be fixed by tacking the following onto her passive:

In addition, Kalista starts the game with "The Black Spear", a consumable item that can be used to designate an ally as your Oathsworn. At any time prior to 3:00, Kalista can switch her Oathsworn by purchasing another Black Spear.

2. Her E makes no mention of the damage being increased with additional stacks. Come on, now. This shouldn't be the kind of thing you need to go onto the wiki to find out. It's kind of important. The following information must be included in the tooltip:

Each spear beyond the first deals 10/14/19/25/32 (+20/22.5/25/27.5/30% AD) physical damage.

There are other details (Slower attacks while dashing, dash speed reduced by slows), but I suppose it is acceptable to need to look those up.
