Should ZZ'Rot be Reworked?

So with Gargoyle Stoneplate being the defacto Armor+MR (plus active with health) item, I feel ZZ'Rot has really fallen to the wayside, even more than after the initial rework shortening its range. GS is not competing with GA anymore and it never really had to compete with Rot.

Please make Rot an item again, don't even get started on Orrn's Wrecker.
