How To Make Ranked Worse 101

I don't understand. I thought this was supposed to be some new innovative system to make ranked better. It makes me want to quit your game for good after multiple ranked games going against Diamond and plat player as a low silver. Losing at literally 15 minutes. I can't believe it. How am I supposed to improve myself when I get faced by that kind of player. It makes no sense. I hope you are going to fix this.
