Riot I understand that you want to have arurf and im fine with that but I just played a game of urf where they had a Karthus and a teemo and I decided to stop playing urf. I love urf and it is such a great idea, but you have to proceed with caution, for champions like teemo, it is not fun for auto attacking champs because they honestly can’t attack so you basicly have the ultimate counter to every auto attack champion, teemo. Then we get to Karthus, his hot is on a fourth

Karthus ult and item 3157 almost have the same cd, and if you're AD you can get item 3814 which has a 100% uptime. Same for Teemo , item 3364 has near 100% uptime

There are champs that simply feel unfair tho. Zed winning anything at level 2, Garen tank with item 3812 item 3071 basically going 1v5, Bard with his stun duration longer than his stun cd (at least with Morgana you have a super small window, you don't with Bard unless you build shit tons of tenacity), MasterYi 24/7 in alpha
