Taliyah champion discussion

Before the rylais nerf I felt like I had a clear powerspike that I could hit and look to push for an advantage however since its dmg and slow have been nerfed it no longer provides that kind of oppurtunity that taliyah needs to get ahead. Her laneing phase is weak since she cant shove and if your playing against someone who knows what they are doing there is no chance you will ever land a spell rotation on them. This leaves her to me feeling like she has no spot in the game where she actually has a powerspike that she can try and get ahead with. Just my thoughts on an issue. Tldr: she has a weaker early game, her mid game with the weaker rylais is now abysmal, and she falls off late game.
