Has anyone actually tried Smite Singed Support?

Controversy aside, I swear it's broken. Could be just my ELO where no one knows how to play against it, but it's been treating me well. Singed offers a lot of what a traditional support offers, along with the damage to clear camps and become a splitpushing/1v1 threat. Feels great to play as.
